Chris started his career in June of 2016. That year he had 1 BIS and 27 Group 1st in just 6 months.
In 2017 his record was 8 All-Breed BIS, 7 RBIS and 44 Group 1st and 4 Best in Specialties. That year he finished #2 ESS all Systems and #7 Sporting Dog.
In 2018 Chris received 12 All Breed BIS, 7 RBIS, 54 Group 1st and 11 Best in Specialties. He was #4 Sporting Dog and #13 All Breed.
Chris has produced 6 children that finished in 2018 with several many more to come.
I am forever Thankful to Donna Herzig for believing in Chris and I and supporting his campaign in Glenda's memory. Without her this would not have been possible. Every one of his wins is for my dear friend Glenda McCain. We know you are smiling from above!

Fergie, MBIS BISS GCHG CROSSROAD JOCKEYHILL BIG GIRLS DON’T CRY is from my fairly tale litter. She was Happy. From birth, she was my pick and I saw then what she could become. She is out of my first litter of Titus x Blizzard. Both sire and dam were ESSFTA Show Dog and Show Bitch of the year. Hard act to follow.
Fergie had a great show career. She finished by going BOS at the San Antonio Specialty. Since she was not ready to be specialed, we bred her to Conrad ( GCH CROSSROAD JOCKEYHILL LAST CALL). There was an outstanding young boy, who has matured into a special dog, Jackson, CH CROSSROAD JOCKEYHILL MAN IN THE MIRROR.
I put her Grand championship on her and then gave her back to her co-owner Jody Garcini to special. She was BOS at WKC in 2018 under breeder judge Steve Dainard. She won Sporting Gp One along with her son Jackson at the prestigious Breeders Showcase at Santa Barbara KC. She won two Best In Shows and was the first bitch I bred to do so. She won BISS at the San Antonio Specialty under breeder judge Judy Manley. She finished her year as ESSFTA Show Bitch of 2018.
Fergie is now retired till she becomes a Veteran. In the meantime she will be bred at her next season.
Throughout her life, Fergie’s tail has continually wagged. It still hasn’t stopped yet.

Jace was sired by CH Capulet’s Black Ice, ( “Slick”) , and is out of CH Wynmoor Brightwater Timeless, (“Chloe”) , and was bred by Nancy Siver, Ruth Kirby, and Kathie Milne, and Erin Kerfoot, PhD.. This Chloe/Slick breeding produced 5 champions. Jace went to California to show and be loved by Carrie Racey, and finished easily with Carrie. Then, Robin Novack offered him the chance of a lifetime to travel with her in the “big time”. He has achieved a whole new level of success. As of the end of June, he has 12 Bests in Show, 13 Reserve Bests, and has won 48 Sporting Groups, accumulating 22,000 all breed points. Jace is currently #1 Sporting Dog and #10 Dog All Breeds. Jace is owned by Beth Fink, Tim Lowe, PhD, Nancy Siver, and Carrie Racey.
Jace is OFA Excellent, OFA-EL Clear, and CERF Clear. He has four children who are finished already, and others are accumulating their points quickly. They all carry his cute willing personality and are a delight to live with.

Olive has been a breeders dream. She started her championship of all specialty majors from the 6-9 class. She was also RWB and best puppy at the 2016 National. After several other majors and numerous sweepstakes wins WB, BOW and Best Bred at the 2017 National to complete her Championship. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better she was Best of Breed at the 2018 National. A dream come true.

Benny finished his title breeder/owner/handled with three specialty majors and several Best in Sweepstakes wins. Never shown as a special and not promoted, nonetheless savvy breeders took note of this dog and though he was used lightly his producing ability proved to be outstanding. He currently has twenty two Champion offspring including several Grand Champions and many that finished with multiple Specialty majors.
Benny is OFA hips excellent, elbows normal, eyes normal, cardiac normal, PFK normal and PRA DNA Carrier. (OFA CHIC #122376). He is from a pedigree very strong in health and he has continued that tradition by producing very strongly in kind.
Now ‘living the dream’ in a retirement home, Benny spends his days babysitting the two young grandchildren in his new family. He fits the mold of a great sire, as he has all the requirements-beauty, brains, health and an outstanding temperament. We are very proud of our Benji dog!

It is so fitting for Mattie to be ESSFTA's Show Dam of the Year. Since she was a puppy herself she adopted every litter in our home. Playing, nurturing and care taking for any puppy, field or show. She was born to be a mother!
She has passed her beautiful physical attributes on to her pups, with 7 Champions (6 CH, 2 GCH in 2018 and 1 CH in 2017) from two litters. But most importantly she has passed on her sweet disposition and loving nature. We are so proud of our wonderful Mattie!

Will's Runner up Sire of the Year award came as a surprise to us. Thank you to his breeders and co-owners for allowing this special dog to be mine and to the breeders who have sent their beautiful girls to be bred to him. This award would not be possible without all of you. Will has taken me on a ride of a lifetime and one I will truly never forget. Watching his kids, grandkids and now great grandkids grow has been a huge part of this journey and I’ve been so proud to be a part of it.

We are honored to have our KC, GCH CH Dalin’s He’s In Love With Disney, be awarded ESSFTA’s 2018 Runner Up Show Sire of the Year. This is not something we created – it happened because the owners of all the beautiful bitches that admired KC sent their bitches to California for a visit. And, the owners of their get have shown them to great things. At the time of this award, KC has sired sixteen champions with many more to come. He is the sire of multiple Specialty Best in Sweepstakes and multiple Specialty major winners, several Grand Champions and two bitches that finished in the Top 10 bitches for 2018.
Affectionately known as the “Disney Dog” KC has been a breeder’s dream to live with and show. He always gives 100 percent no matter what is asked of him.
Besides Conformation, owners have chosen to compete with KC’s get in Obedience, Rally, Agility, Scent Work, Pet Therapy, Canine Good Citizen and Farm Dog Certification. Most importantly they are proving to be loving pets.

Bree’s 5 champions are from one litter sired by CH Telltale Rigel that produced a litter of 7 puppies, they were so outstanding, we kept 5:
Three bitches-CH Paylie’s Anastasia, CH Paylie’s Tarte and CH Paylie’s Stila
Two dogs, CH Paylie’s Urban Decay and CH Paylie N Hackley’s Cargo, both were completely owner handled to their wins.
The Daybreak crew piloted National sweepstakes class wins for both CH Paylie’s Urban Decay and CH Paylie’s Tarte and Tarte placed 2nd in her large regular class as well. CH Paylie’s Urban Decay took winners dog at the prestigious Maryland Sporting Club Show.
CH Paylie N Hackley’s Cargo, “Duncan” has introduced the Springer world to an amazing junior handler, Samantha Hackley. She finished him with 3 major wins, put a CGC on him, won several best Juniors, Owner/handler group placements and she has him well on his way to a Grand Championship.
Bree continues to care for her grown up “kids” and will forever be valued for providing our kennel with wonderful temperaments, biddable and smart offspring.
