The hotel accommodations are set for the annual BOG Meeting, May 1 and 2, 2020, in San Antonio, TX. The welcome letter from the Crowne Plaza is attached with the booking information. Room rates are $99/night with breakfast included at their restaurant. If anyone is sharing a room, please list both people so both can be included on the breakfast sign-in sheets. A free airport shuttle is included and parking is free also. Anyone wishing to visit the famous Riverwalk can easily get an Uber ride for about $12-15 each way.
