Dear Field Governors,
Our annual meeting will be on Friday at 1 pm preceding the BOG meetings Saturday. We have alot to go over and I am attaching the preliminary agenda and some proposals and other documents to read ahead of time. Please discuss with your clubs.
If you have any additions to the agenda, including any proposals, please send these to me by the end of the week. I would be more than happy to add them.
Please join me Thursday evening at 7:00 in the hotel bar or where we can find a spot for an open discussion on items of importance to your inner club.
I would ask the field governors to reach out in advance of the meeting to your clubs and members and bring their ideas and concerns. You are their representative and you have been chosen for your valued opinions and voice in the discussion.
